MINE GAMES is a 49.9m (163.7ft) yacht built by Benetti. She has a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. Her naval architecture is by Azimut Benetti. Her exterior design is by RWD while her interior styling is by Benetti. She was built to RINA classification.

The sun deck has a hardtop with glazed supports offering protection to those on the L-shaped seating or at the wet bar. Forward of the hardtop are sunpads and a custom jacuzzi, while a sun lounger area is aft. The upper deck has a Portuguese bridge lounge area with L-shaped seats and a large sunpad forward but other options are available. Aft, is an al fresco formal dining area. In the cockpit on the main deck, there is the swimming pool.

She can accommodate 12 guests in six cabins. The guest accommodation is on the lower, main and upper decks. It comprises a twin cabin on the upper deck; abaft of the wheelhouse, an owner's suite on the main deck, and three double cabins and one twin cabin on the lower deck. All guest cabins have en suite heads with shower rooms. The owner's suite has a full-beam his and hers en suite bathroom – joined by a central shower, a private office with a dressing room, and a port-side balcony. Aft of the owner's suite one finds the galley, guest lobby and a day heads. Further aft, is the main saloon and formal dining area. Aft of the engine room, on the lower deck, is a beach club and gym area with a fold-down sea terrace to starboard. The upper deck has the wheelhouse and captain's cabin forward and a sky lounge with a wet bar aft, options include this space to be the formal dining area and the dining area below to a cinema space.

MINE GAMES has a forward tender garage that can accommodate a side launched 6.2m (20.3ft) tender, four PWC and inflatables and toys.

She is powered by two 1,400hp MAN V12-1400 engines, these give her a maximum speed of 15 knots. She has a cruising range of 4,500nm at 10 knots. She is fitted with stabilisers for use at anchor and underway.
