The United Kingdom Sailing Academy (UKSA) is recognised as the world’s largest RYA (Royal Yachting Association) training centre, dedicated to shaping the future of the maritime industry by supporting and empowering the next generation of seafarers. Located in Cowes on the Isle of Wight, the UKSA provides a unique environment where education, adventure, and opportunity come together. Its mission is to inspire, educate, and enable young people from all backgrounds to realise their full potential – whether through residential sea-based experiences that build confidence and teamwork, or through professional training programmes that prepare students for careers at sea.
