Monaco Yacht Show 2026 wrap-up

Published 02 October 2026

Monaco Yacht Show 2026 was a significant week for Burgess. We brought the largest brokerage fleet to the show, with a further line-up of yachts at anchor, representing more than EUR 1 billion in asking price and more than a kilometre of yachts across the water. The fleet included the three highest-value yachts for sale at the show, underlining the scale of our presence at one of the industry’s key events.

Beyond the yachts, our stand became a hub for clients, partners and colleagues throughout the week. We joined forces with Aston Martin once again, welcoming guests aboard the DBX, while tender partners LEKKER and Saxdor provided stylish, convenient transfers across the show. Elsewhere, Ethereal Blooms joined us as our ESG partner while JORO brought an adventure travel perspective to conversations on the stand.

And there was plenty to see across the show itself. Hidden swim platforms, dedicated dive rooms, hybrid-ready platforms and interiors created in collaboration with global design and automotive names were among the features on display, offering a glimpse into some of the ideas shaping the latest generation of superyachts.

Here’s our look back at the 35th Monaco Yacht Show.

Burgess in numbers

  • 9 yachts at the show
  • 13 yachts at anchor
  • EUR 1.03bn+ total asking price
  • Over 30% of the show’s total brokerage sales value
  • 40% of Burgess yachts at MYS using two or more Burgess services
  • 100+ Burgess employees on the ground

The Burgess fleet

As well as the displaying the largest fleet in the show, Burgess had some of the biggest yachts both in the port and at anchor. Take a look at the yachts we had in the show below, or discover all the yachts we had on display.

Market pulse

This year’s show highlighted several themes across brokerage and new build. Explorer yachts, hybrid-ready platforms and flexible semi-custom designs featured prominently, alongside branded interiors and automotive collaborations that brought a stronger lifestyle focus to the owner experience.

Together, these developments offered a snapshot of some of the ideas shaping the superyacht sector today.

From brokerage to new build

For buyers looking beyond the yachts currently on the market, Monaco also offers a valuable opportunity to explore the next generation of platforms and understand what different shipyards can deliver. This is where the lines between brokerage and new build become particularly relevant: a yacht purchase can be the starting point for a much longer journey, from selecting the right platform to shaping the specification and overseeing the build.

Two yachts at this year’s show illustrated that opportunity particularly well.

Amels PANGEA

The first hull of the Amels 80 series, PANGEA was sold by Burgess shortly after the 2022 Monaco Yacht Show, with Burgess Technical Services managing the build. The platform has proved exceptionally popular, with three hulls due for delivery within the next 18 months. Burgess sold two of them and continues to support their build management, giving us unrivalled insight into the series.

Hull eight is available for purchase, with delivery scheduled in Q4 2029. Featuring exterior design by Espen Øino and interiors by Winch Design, it still offers generous scope for owner customisation. For a client looking to step into a proven platform while shaping the final result, this is a rare opportunity.

Benetti B.Now 67

Benetti is known for its strong range of semi-custom platforms, and the B.Now 67 is no exception. Defined by its distinctive Oasis Deck, where a recessed pool and open terrace create a seamless connection to the sea, the yacht is designed for generous, relaxed living, with spaces for both socialising and quiet retreat.

Burgess’ New Build Sales and Technical Services teams have a close working relationship with Benetti, with two deliveries in 2025 – 50m XWAVE and 44m FORTITUDE1 – and 44m PAPER MOON delivered in 2026. All three were full-service Burgess projects, sold to their owners by our brokers before being overseen by our New Build team on site in Italy.

Sustainability

Sustainability was also part of the conversation at Monaco this year, with the Blue Wake programme showcasing evidence-based innovations across the show. Launched in 2025 to replace the former Sustainability Hub, the programme is managed by Burgess partner Water Revolution Foundation and assesses selected exhibitors against environmental criteria covering emissions, material circularity, eco-design and innovation, marine ecosystem protection and yacht services.

Burgess was among the Blue Wake exhibitors, recognised for our Sustainable Seas Programme – the first programme of its kind among management firms. The show also provided an opportunity to highlight some of the wider work behind our sustainability commitments, from developing pathways into the maritime industry to supporting marine conservation.

For the third year running, five UKSA cadets joined Burgess at the show as tender crew and boat show runners, gaining practical experience and an insight into working in the industry. Last year, every cadet who worked with Burgess at the boat shows went on to secure work afterwards, and we are continuing to support this year’s cohort as they take their next steps into maritime careers.

Our work with Blue Marine Foundation was another focus, with the Saving Seagrass project continuing to map, protect and restore Mediterranean seagrass. Running until 2030, the project forms part of a wider conservation effort to protect at least 30 per cent of land and sea by 2030.
