BELLA II
Now asking EUR 15,250,000
Following a 15 percent price reduction, EUR 2,750,000 off the asking price, this 54.7m (179.4ft) yacht will find a new owner soon as the owner is very motivated to conclude a sale. As the sole and exclusive Central Agent for the sale of this yacht, Burgess welcomes all sensible offers.
BELLA II is RINA and MCA compliant, presenting her new owner with the option of private and commercial operation. She has a range of family friendly features including two jacuzzis, sun deck gym, open air dining options, skylights for natural light, a media lounge and full beam owner's and VIP suites.
She was delivered in 2008 by the Proteksan Turquoise yard to exterior designs by Paolo Caliari and interior designs by Jean Guy Verges. Her steel hull and aluminium superstructure were built to ABS classification. She was refitted in 2011 and is currently undergoing a second refit including a full repaint and installation of brand new generators.
AGORA III
Now asking EUR 14,750,000
A price reduction of EUR 1,200,000 after just weeks on the market tells you all you need to know about the commitment of this seller to securing a sale. Delivered in 2019, AGORA III is a 43m (141.1ft) motor yacht constructed entirely in aluminium to ABS classification by Italian shipyard ISA Yachts.
Designed inside and out by Luca Dini and with engineering by Francesco Rogantin, she oozes Italian sophistication and is desperate to cruise again. A beam of 8.1m (26.6ft) gives her an internal volume of 330GT and a shallow draft of just 2.3m (7.5ft) enables her to reach secluded anchorages out of bounds to other yachts.
Attractive features include open air dining on the upper deck aft, a substantial beach club with lounge, main saloon balconies port and starboard with full height windows to open the space on three sides and a full beam VIP suite. Twin 1,947hp MTU diesel engines give her a top speed of 20 knots, a cruising speed of 18 knots and she has a range of 3,500nm at her passage speed of 12 knots. Gull wing bridge doors add to her sporty look.

Current circumstances have created a lively brokerage market and we have been very busy in the first quarter of 2021. Our four most recent sales, taking us to nine for the year, include the 50m (164ft) Heesen INCEPTION, last asking USD 25,000,000, the 46.7m (153.2ft) Heesen BOOK ENDS, delivered in 2017 and asking EUR 25,900,000, a yacht of 60m-plus (197ft-plus) and a European 60m-plus (197ft-plus) new build, both confidential sales.
