Burgess Blue Oceans is a ground-up initiative run by a core team of Burgess staff working with our teams in 14 locations worldwide, and with the yachts in the Burgess management, sales and charter fleets. The team is entirely voluntary and drawn from those with a genuine passion for ocean conservation. The experience and interests of our team are fortunately as diverse as the challenges we face and range from hydrogen and new forms of power, to seagrass and sustainable fishing practices, to regulation and compliance. Each of us brings our own enthusiasm and area of expertise to the group effort, plus a desire to drive change from within.
